Here’s a preview of my 2021 performance plan…

• Intimate “house concert” style shows on Zoom to enjoy with family and friends. (Limited audience size allows for more connecting during the show, like old times when we crammed into kitchens and sat on each other’s laps.)

• Worldwide Livestream shows for all to enjoy via Instagram Live, Facebook Live

• Interactive Songwriting Workshops - part performance, part masterclass, part workshop. Facilitated by me and by Special Guests. We’ll chat about the creative process…influences, inspirations, personal history, cultural appropriation, paradoxes, metaphors and rhyme schemes, struggle, hope, and the power of music to heal and unite. Probably not all in one sitting…but maybe?

All performances will be online, until further notice.
Some shows will be solo, some co-bills, some “in the round” (Zoom style). Some will be in partnership with venues or organizations. When the weather gets warmer, we’ll re-assess re: backyard concerts.

I commit to using my platform to do good and do more.
More for our neighbors & friends in need. More for our neighbors & friends impacted by systems of racism and oppression right here in Maine. More for our front line workers. In solidarity. I will highlight some of the many people and organizations doing this work so we continue to direct our money, time, and resources their way. I welcome your energy, ideas, and accountability.

A few small things we can do right now…
- Donate to the Cumberland County Food Security Council (Maine) or your local Food Bank.
- Donate to Blackownedmaine.org or shop at a local Black owned business near you; we each control our economy and who succeeds
- Donate to the Maine Music Alliance (Maine) or a local music venue at risk of closing
